The output includes vendor information (name, address, phone, tax ID when available), transaction metadata (date, time, receipt number), itemized line items with quantities and prices, and payment summary with subtotal, tax breakdown, and total.

Currency is automatically detected and output as ISO 4217 codes. Dates are normalized to ISO 8601 format regardless of how they appear on the original receipt. This consistency means you can process receipts from any country without writing custom parsing logic.
